The state residential fund of the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out by eight municipalities, this is 821 apartment buildings of 823 planned for overhaul. In 6 municipal areas there are almost 20 percent lagging behind the schedule for nine houses.
On July 3, the works were performed by 3.5 billion rubles, this is 74 percent of the limit per year. Fulls were fully mastered by such areas as Sabinsky, Spassky, Apastovsky. This was announced by the Minister of Construction of Housing and Public Utilities and Architecture – Irek Fayzullin at a meeting – a video conference held by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The Minister notes that the thief of all municipalities began work on overhaul of schools. Now there is a repair in 166 schools out of 167 planned. According to the Inspectorate of the Gosstroynadzor of the Republic, on -site inspections were carried out, where the implementation of the overhaul of secondary schools was controlled. On July 2, almost 430 checks were carried out at 154 facilities. Based on the results of inspections, 310 violations were identified at 84 verified facilities, 181 have already been eliminated.
The construction of modular FAP is carried out on schedule. 36 FAP has already been commissioned and they are already serving the population. It is planned to repair 300 tons of FAP, of which 163 work has already been completed, repair work is ongoing at 97 facilities, and 40 will begin this month. 6 medical outpatients are repaired, but 27 objects will be repaired in total.
