Paper matters

The papers of people had a double attitude; For some, this has become a synonym for a tedious and little interesting work, causing a desire to put an end to it as soon as possible, and even better-do not start. For others, it is an important component of life, or expressing the language of the clerk of the middle hand of the era of developed socialism “without a piece of paper you are nobody”. I think everyone in life has an example when it was necessary to collect a lot of certificates to receive another certificate. And a certificate from the rest of the women that you are not married to them either?””

In the yard of the age of XXI, electronic media replaced tons of waste paper from many spheres of our lives, introducing the idealistic comfort that many clerks are dreaming of, and ordinary people who do not have to compete, who will gather all the certificates faster. Gradually, electronic payments will replace the receipts familiar to all for payment of utilities. And what? Think about it! You came to the bank or by mail, named your data, the amount you want to pay – and everything is ready! No need to fill out any pieces of paper. Or, even easier – without leaving the cozy apartment, you did the same.

And your payment on the networks of the global web gets to the organization that provide you with services, which you paid for. After all, it is also convenient for them, a couple of clicks of the mouse and all payments on the monitor screen. There is an opportunity to quickly find out who owed and who overpaid. Everyone is happy! No need to take warehouses for storing receipts. But this is in idyll … in theory … In life, everything is not entirely.

The transition to electronic paperwork and payment of utilities means the following: those who accept payments (banks or mail) want to reduce their expenses for paper and labor costs (after all, all received receipts are necessary to collect, process and send the address of which the citizen made payment). And if an error? In carelessness? And your receipt instead of milk, gets, say, to the vegetable store? And so, the electronic register of payments per day is sent by e -mail. And already an organization, in which the payment has been made – must print and store it on its own.

Cool invented! The transition to electronic document management means transferring papers from some shoulders to others. And the idea was not bad ..
