In their report, they showed the need to develop the “Free” cosmodrome in the Amur Region, despite the government’s decision on its conservation. In their opinion, the situation in the area contributes to the creation of a “free” space innovative cluster around the Cosmodrome: 1.Geographical location; 2.high level of education; 3.There is a gas pipeline, motorway; 4. Squeezed enough reliability of launches; 5.Good condition of the cosmodrome. One of the most important points is the desire of the inhabitants themselves to develop their area, the future of which they associate with the continuation of space programs. G.And. Cosheova emphasized that the continuation of the functioning of the “Free” cosmodrome will contribute to the development of the entire Amur region.
