In the Sarnensky district of the Rivne region this year, a new form of communication with citizens was approved – public hearings. The district state administration and the Executive Committee of the City Council approved the schedules of such communication, and employees of the Pension Fund Department in the Sarnensky district are actively attached to it.
Last Friday, in public hearings, which took place on the basis of an experimental station and a bakery with a total number of participants, more than 250 people were attended by the head of the Department of the Foundation Tatyana Eliseeva. Vaughn reported to the audience about the activities of the Fund’s Office in the region, spoke about the state of cases to finance the payment of pensions and the formation of the revenue of the budget.
Compared to the corresponding period last year, the receipt of own funds to the pension budget increased in the region of a quarter decreased the debt for the payment of insurance premiums. Significant work is underway to improve the quality of people’s service, in particular, on the principle of a “single window” and as part of a “mobile social office”. Last year, the number of written appeals from citizens of the district in a pension institution decreased by 40%, and visits to a public reception by 60%.
In addition, Tatyana Eliseeva explained to participants in the hearings of changes in pension legislation in 2015, provided answers to the questions posed.
